How
It works
From your initial inquiry to making the decision to hire me, I will work with you to answer any questions you may have! Once our contract is signed, I will be available via email, text or phone call, and will really jump in about 4 weeks out from the wedding day!

You will receive a comprehensive questionnaire and a helpful wedding planning packet that will be a living document that can be edited at any time! I highly suggest using this to help keep your planning orgainzed!
wedding day
I will be the main point of contact for you between family and friends, the venue, and the vendors you’ve secured.
I will assist with all parts of the rehearsal and wedding day, as well as keep all events flowing! If any part of the day is delayed, I will adjust the timeline accordingly to ensure we get back on track for time.

Victoria Utt helped coordinate my daughters wedding over the Memorial Day Holiday. Not only did she bring sunshine to a washed out day she made everything appear to be seem less in the transition of dreaming of an outside ceremony to a stunningly gorgeous indoor ceremony. She worked hand in hand with the venue owners, the catering company, the bride and groom, the guest , the DJ and everyone in between. She went above and beyond to make sure everything was PERFECT! She even spent the morning of the wedding searching for last minute pearls for centerpieces as we were short a few. She quickly became personable and reliable in a matter of moments! You will NOT be disappointed in her services. Every bride needs Victoria on their special day! 10/10 would recommend again and again !!!

Hi there! I wanted to let all of you know a little bit about myself! I am 29 years old and while I love weddings and assisting couples have their perfect day, I also work full time in the finance field! I am married to my best friend, Matthew, and we have 2 boys (5 & 7)! When I’m not working, we enjoy the outdoors; camping, kayaking, you name it! Organization and planning are 2 things that make me happy, and I’d be more than happy to help you execute your special day exactly how you want it, while also taking the stress off of you!
